Shipping policy

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility

We will ship via DHL, FedEx, or Japan Post. (The carrier will be determined by our company. If you have a request, please contact us before purchasing.)

After you complete your payment, we will ship your order within 10 business days. (Normally, we ship within 2-3 business days.)
Your order will arrive at your address within approximately one week of shipment. (Normally, it arrives within 3-4 business days.)

We strive to offer the lowest possible shipping costs. If the actual shipping cost is lower than the calculated shipping cost for combined shipments, we refund the difference to the customer.

The shipping fee we collect does not include taxes or customs fees.

Taxes (customs duties and consumption tax) and customs fees will be charged to the buyer by the customs authorities of their country. Please pay these fees.

If you do not pay taxes or customs fees, the goods will not be delivered and may be discarded or returned to Japan. In this case, we will not issue a refund or resend the goods.

Rarely, the customs authorities of the destination country may request information necessary for importing the goods from the buyer. Please respond to any contact from customs. The requested information varies, but may include things like a taxpayer identification number, questions about the contents of the goods, or requests for identification.
